Use of Designs
All embroidery designs purchased from DHABALE FABRICS are licensed for both commercial and personal use. Below are the permitted and restricted uses:
You MAY:- Use the designs on products you create and sell
- Modify the designs to suit your specific needs
- Use the designs for unlimited production runs
- Use the designs across multiple machines you own
- Resell or redistribute the original design files
- Share the design files with third parties
- Claim ownership of the original designs
- Use the designs for any illegal purposes
- Upload or distribute designs on other platforms
Note: Each purchase grants a single-user license. Multi-user or enterprise licenses are available upon request.
Purchase & Downloads
Upon successful payment, you will receive access to download the purchased design files from your account dashboard.
- Files are available for download for 30 days from the date of purchase
- Maximum of 5 downloads per file are allowed
- It is your responsibility to save and backup the files after download
- Download links may be reactivated upon request via customer support
Please download and securely store your files immediately after purchase. We are not responsible for loss of files due to expired download links.
Payment & Refunds
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a trusted and PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
- Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
- We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets
- Payment confirmation is sent via email
Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued once files have been downloaded. Refunds may be considered for corrupted or incorrect files on a case-by-case basis.

Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to:
- Keep your password confidential and not share it with anyone
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We will never ask for your password via email or phone. If you suspect unauthorized access, please change your password immediately and contact support.

All designs, logos, graphics, and content on this website are the intellectual property of DHABALE FABRICS and are protected by Indian and international copyright laws.
Important: Purchase of a design grants you a license to use the design, not ownership of the design itself. The original copyright remains with DHABALE FABRICS.
Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of our content without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Limitation of Liability
DHABALE FABRICS shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:
- The use or inability to use our designs or services
- Any errors or inaccuracies in design files
- Loss of data or files due to technical issues
- Third-party actions or services
- Service interruptions or website downtime
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service in question.
