All sales and transactions made through Schiffli Embroidery Design (www.schifflidesign.com) are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase on our platform, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and accepted this Non-Refundable Policy in its entirety. Since we deal in digital embroidery design files, once a design is delivered/downloaded, it cannot be returned.

1 Policy Overview

Schiffli Embroidery Design ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website www.schifflidesign.com. We specialize in providing Schiffli embroidery designs, digital embroidery patterns, design files, and related digital products.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms regarding refunds, returns, cancellations, and chargebacks for all products and services purchased through our platform.

We maintain a strict no-refund, no-return, and no-cancellation policy for all transactions. Once payment has been successfully processed and the digital design file has been made available for download, the transaction is considered final and complete.

2 Nature of Digital Products

All products sold on Schiffli Embroidery Design are digital embroidery design files. Due to the nature of digital products:

• Digital files can be instantly copied and cannot be "returned" like physical goods

• Once downloaded or delivered, the product has been fully consumed

• Each design is a creative/intellectual property that cannot be undelivered

• Preview images and descriptions are provided for informed purchasing decisions

3 Non-Refundable Items & Services

The following are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:

4 No Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been placed and payment has been confirmed, the order cannot be cancelled. Digital design files are processed and delivered instantly or within the stated delivery timeframe.

For custom design orders, cancellation is not possible once work has begun on the design. Please ensure all design requirements are clearly communicated before placing your order.

For subscription-based services, you may choose not to renew your subscription for the next billing cycle, but no refund will be issued for the current or any previous billing period.

📌 Note: Cancelling a subscription only prevents future charges. You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

5 No Returns & No Exchanges

Due to the digital nature of our embroidery design products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once a file has been delivered or made available for download, the sale is final.

We strongly encourage all customers to carefully review before purchasing:

6 Limited Exceptions

While our policy is strictly non-refundable, we may consider exceptions solely at our discretion in the following rare circumstances:

✅ Exceptions May Apply If:

  • Duplicate payment was charged due to a technical error on our end
  • The amount charged was significantly different from the listed price
  • The design file was corrupted and we are unable to provide a working replacement
  • The product was not delivered at all due to our system failure (and cannot be redelivered)
  • Fraudulent/unauthorized transaction (subject to thorough investigation)

Any exception request must be submitted within 48 hours of the original transaction to support@schifflidesign.com with:

7 Design File Issues & Support

If you experience any technical issues with a purchased design file, please contact us before filing any dispute. We are committed to resolving technical issues promptly:

⚠ Please Note: Issues arising from incompatible machines, incorrect machine settings, user error, or lack of technical knowledge do not qualify for refund or exchange.

8 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us is considered a violation of this policy. If a chargeback is initiated:

9 Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

All embroidery designs sold through Schiffli Embroidery Design are protected by intellectual property rights. Purchasing a design grants you a license to use the design — not ownership of the design itself.

A non-refundable purchase does not entitle the buyer to:

All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways. We do not store your complete credit/debit card information on our servers. By making a purchase, you confirm that:

This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this policy or any transaction on our platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
