This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms regarding refunds, returns, cancellations, and chargebacks for all products and services purchased through our platform.

We maintain a strict no-refund, no-return, and no-cancellation policy for all transactions. Once payment has been successfully processed and the digital design file has been made available for download, the transaction is considered final and complete.

All products sold on Schiffli Embroidery Design are digital embroidery design files. Due to the nature of digital products:

3 Non-Refundable Items & Services

The following are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:

• All Schiffli embroidery design files (DST, EMB, JEF, PES, etc.)
• Digital pattern downloads and design bundles
• Custom/personalized embroidery design orders
• Subscription plans and membership fees
• Design modification or editing service charges
• Bulk order or wholesale design packages
• Any partially or fully downloaded/delivered digital files
• Consultation and design support service fees

4 No Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been placed and payment has been confirmed, the order cannot be cancelled. Digital design files are processed and delivered instantly or within the stated delivery timeframe.

For custom design orders, cancellation is not possible once work has begun on the design. Please ensure all design requirements are clearly communicated before placing your order.

For subscription-based services, you may choose not to renew your subscription for the next billing cycle, but no refund will be issued for the current or any previous billing period.

5 No Returns & No Exchanges

Due to the digital nature of our embroidery design products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once a file has been delivered or made available for download, the sale is final.

We strongly encourage all customers to carefully review before purchasing:

• Preview images and design specifications
• File format compatibility with your embroidery machine
• Design dimensions, stitch count, and color details
• Product descriptions and usage instructions
• System/machine requirements for the design files
• Contact our support team for any pre-purchase questions

6 Limited Exceptions

While our policy is strictly non-refundable, we may consider exceptions solely at our discretion in the following rare circumstances:

Any exception request must be submitted within 48 hours of the original transaction to support@schifflidesign.com with:

• Your order ID / transaction reference number
• Screenshot or proof of the issue
• Detailed description of the problem

We reserve the right to approve or deny any such request after review.

7 Design File Issues & Support

If you experience any technical issues with a purchased design file, please contact us before filing any dispute. We are committed to resolving technical issues promptly:

• Corrupted File: We will provide a replacement file at no extra cost
• Wrong Format: We may convert to your required format if possible
• Download Issues: We will resend the download link
• Missing Files: We will redeliver the complete package

8 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us is considered a violation of this policy. If a chargeback is initiated:

• Your account and access to all designs/services will be immediately suspended
• All downloaded design files must be deleted and destroyed
• We will provide complete transaction evidence to the payment provider
• Additional administrative fees may apply
• We reserve the right to pursue further legal action to recover losses

9 Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

All embroidery designs sold through Schiffli Embroidery Design are protected by intellectual property rights. Purchasing a design grants you a license to use the design — not ownership of the design itself.

A non-refundable purchase does not entitle the buyer to:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the design files
• Claim ownership or authorship of the designs
• Upload designs to other platforms for free or paid distribution

10 Payment & Security

All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways. We do not store your complete credit/debit card information on our servers. By making a purchase, you confirm that:

• You are the authorized cardholder or account owner
• All payment information provided is accurate and valid
• You have sufficient funds/credit for the transaction
• You agree to the total amount being charged
• You understand this is a non-refundable purchase

11 Policy Modifications
